Image of old ink up for idea of what to work around.

First I ll need the finished design to leave spacing for a future spinal tattoo design but can wrap up to an inch or inch and a half to the spine. Which is a total design of 6-7 Inches by my approximation

The old tattoo has ties to things such as bondage and any associations with such included in the design is fine but by no means a requirement. The main purpose of the design is to add some dark beauty around the symbol.

Discriptive words that come to mind for what I'm looking for:
Masculine, tribal, unique, dark, sharp, bold, simple overall look, with a higher level of detail than common tribals. (common ie sun designs and solid linework...although i ve seen some amazing sunworks as well)

I'll do my best to be helpful to the creation process and I have a fairly open mind when it comes to such and I appreciate the help
